Where there are people, there is almost inevitably conflict. Gordon offers a mediation service to help churches and faith-based groups work towards addressing and resolving issues of conflict and difference. Church communities are not immune from struggles over relationships, vision, culture, theology and practice. Gordon seeks to bring a sensitive and objective approach with a voice of experience into challenging situations with a view to helping those involved move towards a solution acceptable to all.
